Feedback loop formats are IP-based (traditional), aggregated &

throttling' - backoffs, slow down affected IPs for x minutes/hours etc?

I'm researching into how to mitigate this from a high level; we implemented

back again.

(From personal/industry experience,) the best pipeline is to visit
postmaster.yahoo.com & complete the form that best addresses your delivery
issue. It'll get assigned a ticket/incident # and you'll actually hear back
from someone.

Emailing those addresses may not get you anywhere.
