[mailop] Reg. delivery issues at Yahoo ISP

2021-05-12 Thread Vaibhav via mailop
Hi Everyone,

Has anyone observed delivery issues with Yahoo ?

Recently in the past one week we observed below delivery issues at Yahoo
ISP.

1 ) TSS04 delivery issue. ( Known for some time now ) - With dedicated
delivery IPs , Newly onboarded customers , Customer sending triggered /
transactional volume. We do the same issue with different mail streams.

2 ) Inbox delivery issue : - Email is getting filtered as spam where in
history we didn't observe any such deviation. Lots of triggered /
transactional emails are getting filtered as spam where we don't see any
throttling on dedicated IP space.

Does anyone have any inputs ? How do we address this issue? as we are not
getting the right inputs for the Yahoo Postmaster team.

[mailop] Reg. Virginmedia SMC Policy Violation bounce error

2021-03-17 Thread Vaibhav via mailop
Hi,

We're an ESP sending emails on behalf of clients who are receiving the
following bounce error from virgin media domains (blueyonder.co.uk,
ntlworld.com, virginmedia.com) across multiple different domains and IPs:

SMTP Error : *421 4.2.0 MXIN618 Temporary SMC Policy Violation detected,
retry later
;id=MVLFlm4kdboSoMVLGlk2I5;sid=MVLFlm4kdboSo;mta=mx1.tb;dt=2021-03-17T13:32:03+01:00*

We have tried "sending later", as suggested in the error but no emails are
being allowed through. Would someone please be able to help me with the
cause of this error, and how we may resolve it moving forwards? I can't
find any information on it online nor action I can take for it to be removed

[mailop] Reg. DKIM authentication error | Yahoo

2020-09-16 Thread Vaibhav via mailop
Hi Everyone,

We are facing some issue with DKIM authentication where if we delivery
emails to Yahoo recipients DKIM is failing with below error,

dkim=perm_fail

However the same DKIM signing process is working at Gmail, Gsuite, Hotmail
and other recipient domains.

What could be the reason for the above issue ?

Re: [mailop] Anybody seeing a huge spike of (S3140) errors from Hotmail/Outlook started on Sep 7th

2020-09-11 Thread Vaibhav via mailop
Hi Rauf,

Yes, we observed the same things at our end. One of our customer account
got compromised which causes some spam through our system that impacted the
whole n/w from the same IP space though other IP's are dedicated and carry
a good reputation at SNDS.

We tried to reach out to the support team with multiple tickets but could
get expected responses apart from standard response. Not sure why whole n/w
blocked when only specific IP's send spam due to compromised account.

[mailop] Reg. false positive opens at Gmail ISP

2020-01-06 Thread Vaibhav via mailop
Hi Everyone,

Recently we observed some false positive opens from Gmail users for few of
our customers.

Lets say when we delivered 100 Emails we are getting 94-95 open hit on our
tracking pixel post delivery though user didn’t open the mail. Does Gmail
spam filters requesting all images before delivering emails to actual end
user mail mailbox ?

Does anyone observed the same issue ? While debugging we observed by
changing sending domain we don’t get false positive opens. Does Gmail has
different algorithms for set of sending domain ?

2019-11-12 Thread Vaibhav via mailop
Hi Everyone,

Recently we observed we are getting false bounce reason within month time.

We identify the same issue across our customers. Few customer we noticed
around ~25% false positive bounces.
