Thank you both.

I’ve tried a few times already, but maybe but I have not received anything. The
domains are delegated and I checked all the records and they all look fine.
I’ll try again in a bit.

Thanks!

This email has reached Mapp via an external source

anecdote
Yesterday I was setting up the Yahoo CFL for a client and the first code email
didn't come through but the second did when I tried again a few minutes later.
I didn't have direct access to the client's postmaster mailbox (G Suite) so
assumed the client hadn't quite gotten the internal filter/redirect up, or
maybe Yahoo was really busy that exact second I clicked. Like I said, though,
it worked the second time a few minutes later, nbd. AOL had no speed bumps for
me yesterday.
/anecdote

Same opinion as Al: If you aren't receiving the emails and you've waited a bit
and retried a few times (and checked your spam folder), I'd definitely suspect
something on your end: postmaster@ mailbox is spam filtering too aggressively,
MX records are not up, or similar.

Zack Aab

We have a test process before we submit, to make sure the domain is MX'd to the
right place and to even test the MX to make sure it'll accept mail for that
domain. It has saved us a ton of headache around custom configurations where
the domain admin may have misconfigured things. You might want to at least
manually check the MX and then also manually send to postmaster@ and make sure
you receive the resulting mail. Automating those tests here saved us tons of
time.

No issue for us, we actually found that reception of the verification email was
a bit quicker than usual lately.
