Re: [mailop] Netflix no incoming for one user

Netflix uses Amazon SES, at least for transactional mail. It's possible
their email address is on a suppression list, local to Netflix

or something global for Amazon

-- especially if at some point a complaint was registered for that
recipient. You and the recipient likely won't know the address is being
suppressed because it's done on the sender's side.

Hello

Screenshots of email addresses are error prone.
For example you can not distinguish ndash and minus characters.
Double check his address by requesting a copy'n'paste for it.

Kind regards,

I have a customer who isn't receiving email notifications from Netflix.
We aren't rejecting them, and we're getting netflix emails for hundreds
of other people every day.  As far as I can tell no email for this
person ever gets here from netflix.com.

The customer sent me screenshots from his netflix account showing the
correct email address.  He's tried the netflix support chat, but they
referred him back to me.

Does anyone here have inroads to an email admin at Netflix?
