I haven't seen that one, but I have used the 722, which has adjustable 
record level, and is available in the states for around $150 or so. It 
makes very nice recordings...

I am trying to determine which MD to buy..

I own the Sony SR50...love it!

Also the MR37..its ok...

Is there somewhere on-line to compare the various units now available?

However, my girlfriend (I don't know why...) prefer the Sony MZR-37...
