Ya benar.
Kalau user pakai POP3 email client, minta ybs periksa ke spam folder
(junk-mail folder) di Webmail dan kalau ada disitu dipindahkan (move) ke
inbox.
Lebih baik sih ditandai dulu sebagai "this is not spam" (ada menunya di
webmail) sebelum dipindah ke inbox agar spamassasin antispam content
filter melakukan penyesuaian (adjustment) spam score.

Mestinya sih informasi mengenai mail dipindah ke spam/junk-mail IMAP
folder akan tercatat di content filter log.

Maaf koreksi, tadi kurang periksa :-(

Ternyata 202.158.81.51 [mx-corp3.cbn.net.id] adalah mx backup domain
Anda, jadi harusnya IP itu masuk dalam SPF whitelist di MDaemon.
