Dear Pak Syafril, Untuk saat ini saya tidak bisa terima email dari luar domain, dalam hal ini ada 2 domain yang tidak bisa mengirim email ke domain internal (@kemenkeu.go.id @@lasallecollege.ac.id). Namun dari internal saya bisa mengirim email ke domain tersebut. bahkan IP mail server mereka sudah saya tambahkan di reverse lookup. Hasil pengecekan di DNS Public: Informasi di DNS hanya untuk incoming mail, bukan outgoing mail. Banyak organisasi yang menggunakan server (IP) yang berbeda untuk kirim dan terima mail, juga banyak user yang tidak mengindahkan ketentuan pengelola mail domain (postmaster) agar kirim lewat server milik sendiri. Jadi jangan mengandalkan ke informasi DNS untuk masalah incoming mail, tetapi lihat ke smtp-in log server sendiri atau DSN (delivery status notification) of failure message yang diterima oleh original sender. Selamat siang pak Syafril, Sebenarnya ini adalah masalah lama, bertahun-tahun yang lalu, namun saya belum sepenuhnya memahami apa yang sebenarnya terjadi, yakni: 1. Tiba-tiba saja semua user (di internal office) mengalami email error di email clientnya, semuanya tanpa terkecuali. Namun normal saat mengakses worldclient. Biasanya yang saya lakukan selanjutnya adalah merestart router dan semua switch, lalu normal kembali. 2.
