DNS DMARC record belum didaftarkan di Name Server ysi.yamani-spring.com
(ns1.comnet.net.id).
Receiver, kelihatannya, hanya mau terima mail dari sender domain yang
mengaktifkan DMARC.

Ini salah setting yang dari dulu tidak pernah diperbaiki.
Koneksi antar mail server standardnya pakai tcp port 25, bukan tcp port 26.
Jadi kembalikan saja ke standardnya

SMTP outbound port: 25

Karena smarthost Anda pakai Exim MTA yang mengharuskan pakai tcp port 26
untuk relay, maka ubah isian smarthostnya menjadi

Default smart host: pmx1.gastra.net:26

[ ] Treat default smart host as domain name and deliver to its MX hosts
