Receiver menolak koneksi karena sender host tidak punya valid PTR record.
Minta ke ISP untuk membuatkan PTR record yang sesuai dengan FQDN host
yang digunakan MDaemon server mail.royalchemie.com.

PTR record itu penting untuk kirim mail keluar, umumnya receiver
sekarang ini tidak mau terima dari koneksi dari mail server yang tidak
punya valid PTR record.

PTR records are not necessary. They are not required for the internet to
work acceptably. But, PTR records do add considerable convenience to
network operation and they are a part of the DNS standard specification
so, they should be used.

The fact that mail systems that require PTR records before accepting
mail significantly reduces spam is reason enough that PTR records should
be required. I too experience a great deal of mail problems due to a
lack of PTR records but, it is worth the effort to stick to this policy.
If you don't have a PTR record, you can't send me mail!

Sender itu mungkin pakai mail server yang tidak mengikuti kaidah
Internet Mail sehingga DSN nya pakai cara suka-2x sendiri :-(

Coba lakukan sbb:

- masukkan IP 150.101.187.99 kedalam daftar pengecualian reverse lookup
atau jalankan script \\mdaemon\app\midnight.bat.
- masukkan nama host eth1632.qld.adsl.internode.on.net kedalam daftar
allow connect di host screening.

Beberapa hari ini saya mendapatkan informasi dari vendor luar bahwa mereka
sering kali kesulitan untuk mengirim email ke domain kantor saya. Kira kira
kenapa ya pak?
beberapa vendor yang pernah komplain adalah :
@Duosoftware.com
@Akseskd.com
@Mitrasinergi.co.id
@zyrex.co.id

Baru saja saya set di whitelist (bysender dan by reciept) pada spam filter
untuk @duosoftware.com dan sampai saat ini vendor bisa kirim email ke
kantor kami. Apakah harus semua domain diatas di masukkan whitelist agar
tidak bounching? Terima Kasih

Tanyakan yang ditolak saat kirimnya kapan (tanggal dan jam) dan
sendernya siapa (alamat lengkap) agar mudah mencarinya di smtp-in log
harian (per tanggal).

Atau, lebih baik lagi, minta Delivery Status Notification of failure
message yang digenerate oleh server mereka ke original sender.

Kalau sender domain yang hosting di google.com umumnya akan ok sepanjang
mereka kirim mail melalui server mail hosternya.

Bisa saja terjadi saat mereka kirim tetapi server Anda sedang sibuk
(terus), baik karena ada masalah webmail yang banyak menggunakan
resources atau masalah lain (masih belum tahu persisnya, harus lihat ke
log untuk memastikan).

 DomainKeys requirements for domain rolitrans.co.id

Ini problem di Domain Keys (DK).
Sender domain (rolitrans.co.id) menerapkan Domain Keys dengan policy =
Must Have, akan tetapi mail server yang digunakan tidak insert
DomainKeys (digital) signature saat mengirimkan mail.

$ host -t txt _domainkey.rolitrans.co.id
_domainkey.rolitrans.co.id descriptive text o=-

Ini sama kasusnya dengan domain gentatours.com sehingga penyelesaiannya
juga sama.

Mail direject tetapi alasannya tidak jelas, harus menghubungi
postmas...@mmm.com dan cc: postmas...@mxlogic.net untuk tahu alasan
persisnya.
Lampirkan transcript smtp-out log itu pada saat menanyakan hal itu.

Bisa juga mail direject karena pagi tadi MDaemon Anda belum punya PTR
record yang valid.
Karena sekarang sudah ok, coba di resend.
