I clicked send too soon. The COUPON doesn't say that it's for in-store use
only, but if you scroll down the page, it says, "Offer only valid at
Harbor Freight Tools Retail Stores."

I had looked at the transmission jack that Kaleb posted a link to, for
example, and noticed that the page said to print the page and take it to
the store but that there was no way to add to a cart. I'll look again.
