I should've stripped, at least, ALL of that repaint coat immediately; maybe, even the original coat, too, down to metal, 'cause the original had some damages, too. All of that is in hindsight, though. It'll be OK, though; 'think I 'bout have it licked now; 'waiting for 'nother can of paint.
