Rick,

You can use this web site to upload it to and Kaleb can download it
from there http://www.yousendit.com/
It will send Kaleb an email with the link if you put his email addy in
the notification space.

I use it to send files over 10 megs all the time.
It's free but you have to sign up.

I don't know. I deleted all the extra crap off my phone in hopes of
longer battery life. My ring tone sounds like an old fashioned phone
ringing, it was one of the options from Cingular. I had a picture
phone initially but returned it for a Sony-Ericsson T-237 because the
pictures were terrible and I didn't like the extra charge to send
pics via cell phone.
I find Cingular's service to be better than adequate except for
spotty service on the days directly following Katrina (until many
towers were brought back into service). I use my phone primarily for
business and it works just about everywhere any other cell phone will
and better in most instances. In general, cell phones are imperfect
but as time goes on service is becoming more available in more areas.

Its a motorolla, it has a camera in it. Where can i get the cord to
download the pictures cheap?
--

You have a couple of options. There is a special cord that Motorola sells
that connects the opening on the bottom of the phone (where the charger
connects) to a USB connection. The problem is that to get the cord, you
also have to buy the software to synch your address book and all that, and
it'll set you back about $75.

Option 2 - I suspect your new phone is Bluetooth enabled. If you have or
can get your hands on a Bluetooth adapter for your pc, and get them "paired"
(your manual has instructions on how to do that...I'm not gonna try typing
them all in ), you **SHOULD** be able to "see" your phone as a
Bluetooth device with a "disk drive". Works kinda like a memory stick. I
got a couple of Bluetooth adapters for about $15 each that plug into the USB
port. The Bluetooth devices should come with software that You can actually
use them as a wireless network connection between two pc's. Anyway...the
software that came with my Bluetooth adapter lets me browse the phone and
download pictures.

Another useful trick with the bluetooth connection is that you can use your
phone as a network connection through the bluetooth link. It's faster than
a dialup modem (I can usually get 128KB), but Cingular charges by the
kilobyte transferred. Don't want to transfer a movie file. Comes in handy
when I'm somewhere that I can't get a wired connection and I don't want to
fool with dialup.

it, I've seen USB BlueTooth adapters new from $12.95 and up. I paid
$29.99 for a D-Link DBT-120 , it works great on my Mac. Wally World
