I have a nice 3500sqft lot in SEA that rings in at the same as this compound.  
Probably need to be looking much further south for depleted mining grounds on 
which to establish Rancho Clay

The guy also had a 300D turbo as well.  I asked him about it and he says 
some buy is supposed to coming to look at it this afternoon.  He did not 
have it listed anywhere.  I asked him  how much he wanted for that one 
and he said he would take $300.  I told him I would buy it if the other 
guy doesn't show up.  We shall see. He said he just sold a 380SL also.  
I seem to recall seeing that listed but not sure.


Looked into this guy a little more by looking up the tax records on his 
place.  This house of his is 8500 sqft with 6 bedrooms 5.5 baths.  Last 
owner of the land was a mining company.  Looks like he got the land 
cheap.  However the accessed value on his vast estate is 1.2 million, he 
pays close to $14k a year in property taxes.  I guess in other parts of 
the country that amount would buy you a small 1500sqft house on a city lot.

Appears this buy bought the car off the original owner in 2015 and it 
has been in tulsa the whole time.  The rust must be due to body seals
