This one was an 87, but it had a broken valve, trashed head and piston, and signs of other mediocre care and feeding (cheap respray that was now peeling off in sheets, electrical hackery, etc). yep. I would bet the rocker switch was to turn on the ac compressor. Just a wild guess, the klima relay went out and instead of replacing it they put the switch in. all i can say is that its going to need alot of work, including a whole new paint job. Is that something that is factory? Looks a bit out-of-place. Also I note that the center pushbutton on the ACC is missing. Also it looks like something had been mounted to the passenger side of the transmission hump -- old-style car phone maybe? I think the only sane approach to bidding on this is to assume that the motor is trashed. So what's the rest of the car worth?
