Well, you would have to ask regina, which maybe she will see this and reply, but from what I have heard, people are better off just going to a regular mortgage broker and seeing what they can do for this besides VA. The VA is very picky, and its a pain in the ass to use them. With the rates the way they are, there is no real benefit to going VA. But, like I said, wait for the experts to chime in.
