When you say "Stanley knife" I think of this (in my family, we always called them "carpet knives"): http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/displayitem.taf?Itemnumber=3359 When you say "Box Cutter", I think of a thin handle for a single edge razor blade, with a sliding metal sheath, the whole thing is maybe 5mm thick. Can't find a pic of it on the 'net. They were cheap, you could buy one for maybe $0.25 in the 70's or you could often get a free one as advertising. I had a yellow one with Schweppes' beverages logo on it when I was a wee lad. Not completely sure how they came to that number but I suspect health care professionals where behind it, coupled with a government wanting to be seen to be doing something...anything about a media beat up that teens are drinking themselves stupid every day, which they have been doing since the invention of alcohol. Anyway you can twist definitions around in lots of ways, for instance if you are speeding you are committing a criminal act and if you get caught you are a criminal. Re: [MBZ] Air guns
The actual definition of alcoholism is drinking to the point that the alcohol consumption greatly interferes with one's life. Counting the drinks isn't quite the same as not being able to keep a job or compulsive lying. etc. After all, four beers for a 95 lb woman is a lot more beer per lb that four beers for a 250 lb, fit male. It's not the alcohol that counts, it's the addiction that counts.
