Re: [MBZ] Alignment after replacing center tie-rod?
Well, it was worn out or you wouldn't have replaced it, eh? Besides, doesn't take much of a difference in length to make the front wheels run funny I would. Well, if its worn out the alignment may have been adjusted to compensate or something you might have to. I would just put in on there and see what happens though. --- Kaleb C. John, The center link will affect toe-in. If you have a method to do so, you can re-set it at home. An alignment shop won't set just the toe-in. Do you have to re-align the car when replacing the center tie-rod? Seeing as it is a fixed length I wouldn't imagine so, but figured I would check. Thanks!
