I apologize for saying it is not compatible but i don't know exactly what is 
the problem.


I had another dell server running without problem, when it was replaced by 
the new server with a raid controller, gives these

problems of inconsistency disk and freeze.

Something that no comment was that the server has a Dual Core Intel Xeon 
processor, I read that these processors have many
mistakes but that some people have used without problem with openbsd, Does 
this could be the cause of freezing and the inconsistency in the disk?

You haven't convinced me of an actual problem here.
Your file system on sd0a is messed up (it happens when you have
lockups like you say you did) but why do you say it is not compatible?
