Josep -- I just updated our Fabric automation file and the documentation in the manual repository to explain how to build a translated HTML/PDF manual and the right steps for maintainers to sync translations from/to the repo. Next I'm taking a look at automating this so a maintainer doesn't have to do the steps every now and then.
