Re: [Mobile.AI] Connecting to internet on a Desktop using Samsung Chat B5330
hello satuguru. download and install samsung kies. It will work like PC suite. After you have configured your software, go to settings/wireless and networks/tethering and hotspot. tick the first check box which says tick to tether or something like that. you can also use it as a wifi hotspot settings for which will found under the same tab. but it sucks the battery very fast. Re: [Mobile.AI] Connecting to internet on a Desktop using Samsung Chat B5330
hello, mr. Satguru , no need to call me sir, smyle, anyways, when you start hotspot teddering from your mobile, you have 3 ways, one is to use wireless, if you choos this option,it'll ask you the security type, such WPA 2 , open etc, if you choos open network, the mobile will begin spreading the signals. on that point, just scann for wireless signals from your computer/laptop/mobile. and the name of your vifi hotspot will apeere, just choos and connect and start brouzing. if you have chosen any other type other then open network, just key in the security key eather provided by your phone or or selected by you. if you are connecting threw USB, just connect your phone to the computer, and under teddering and hotspot options, tick the check box for USB teddering, the talkback anounse, usb connected, click to tedder something like that. if you are on windows 7, it'll take a little time to install the needful drivers, and the network status should be shown as connected in the system tray. what i believe that samsung kise is not needed for the purpus . i dont have idea about blootooth teddering as i havent tried it yet. hope this helps. Re: [Mobile.AI] talking goggles and TapTapSee
Hi, I do agree to some extent. but both apps give me very different results even when I hold the camera in similar position. Secondly while searching for talking goggles two apps are displayed, one the free version and another the paid one. is there any difference between the two. I would still rate taptapsee above goggles. On 21-05-2013 08:25, john clayton wrote: Hello there, On the topic of talking goggles (not google btw,) and TapTapsee, they both are good apps in their own way. To get good results, remember to use the camra well which is a bit difficult and takes getting used to. The quality of the results also depends on liteing, the right distence, how good your camra is and so on. I.E Iphone5 for example would have better results considering it has a better camra if the right technique is used. How are TapTapSee and talking goggles different? you may ask. for one TapTapSee takes pictures and tells you the results. with talking goggles you can use the photos in your camra roll and get the results that way. TAlking goggles will usually tell you the name of the thing and be done with it,TapTapSee will usually if the same picture is taken twice will describe it a bit. Talking Goggles Also has OCR capability, where it will tell you the results if you take a picture or with video mode on,move and focus the camra on a page. In the end, they both are good apps,as I said in their own way.and they both have a learning curve where you must learn to use the camra well to get better results. Btw,I like TapTapSee myself, but last time I visited its page on Itunes I didn't saw any rateings or reviews. if you like the app,you can show your apreciation by posting a few words about it and giveing it a good rateing.
