[Mobile.AI] Regarding Moto E second gen 4G

2015-05-20 Thread Jairam Balasubramanian
Hello friends

I have recently purchased this phone.
The accessability seems to be good.
I have a few queries.
1. How to add any number from the phone list to contacts. There seems
to be no link or announcement to add to contacts.
2. My phone is running on 5.0.2 lollypop. How to know about available
upgrades and do the same?
3. I have assigned side tap for invoking the granularity options. When
I am in a long message, I try to read it line by line. But even after
choosing the desired option from granularity, it is not working.

Please help.

Thanks and regards

[Mobile.AI] The Nexus 5 Claria Vox from Odin Mobile: A Talking Smartphone with a Keypad

2015-05-20 Thread sanjay
.

Recommendations
The Nexus 5 Claria Vox software could definitely benefit from some upgrading.
Odin did not create this software; they licensed it from a British company.
Consequently, it will remain to be seen how responsive the developers will be
with software updates and adding new apps, such as the ability to read BARD
Mobile Talking Books.

All that said, I believe that for some people with visual impairments the Nexus
5 Claria Vox will be an excellent mobile experience. As noted above, many
people with visual impairments feel much more confident using a keypad, and for
these individuals the Claria Vox tactile overlay offers a one-of-a-kind way to
pair the ease of using a keypad with the power of a smartphone.

Another reason I suspect many people with visual impairments are reluctant to
upgrade to a smartphone is the all-or-nothing change such a move represents. It
takes time to learn to use a touch screen reader effectively, and during this
learning period your phone may seem less than useless. With the Nexus 5 Claria
Vox you can spend the day using the phone in keypad mode, then, when you have
free time, you can explore the more advanced Android features and develop touch
screen skills at your own pace (and with the excellent help of Odin tech
support and a series of audio tutorials I am told the company will soon
release).

Product Information
Product: Nexus 5 Claria Vox
Available from: Odin Mobile, 855-217-9459
Price: $599 (comes unlocked for both the T-Mobile/Odin and ATT networks)

Thanks for the information on Kindle books. But can a Visually

 How to read books online

By using the internet, you have more ways than ever to get your hands
on a good book. Whether using it to source a rare copy of a childhood
 favourite,
find a holiday blockbuster for the beach or borrow from your local
library, far from damaging literature the web has opened up a world of
 reading opportunities.

Here are just some of them ...

Selling books was one of the first big success stories for early

 even read quite a generous
 preview of a book's contents.

 Borrow books

Libraries are an important part of our culture, and the internet makes
using them even easier to access. Depending on your local authority,
 your library
should have a website that will let you browse the catalogue and
reserve any of the titles you want. You can often renew books online
 and use some of the
library's reference services, such as the Oxford Reference Online.
Some libraries may even offer an 'e-library' that lets you download
 audio and e-books
that will delete themselves after a set amount of time.

Entering the name of your local library, or the name of your local
council and 'library', into a search engine such as Google should help
 you find your
 local service.

 Try e-books

There are even more opportunities available for reading if you're
willing to give up your attachment to physical books. E-books are
 entirely 'virtual'
and can be displayed on a variety of devices. You can read e-books on
a specialised reader (such as Amazon's famous Kindle) or on a mobile
 phone, tablet
computer or even your PC. The biggest selection of e-books are
available for Amazon's Kindle, but most online book retailers will
 offer virtual titles.

[Mobile.AI] hello dear please help me.

2015-05-20 Thread ravi paswan
 is the Android Interaction
setting. The first option in this menu is Home Button Long Click. Enable
this toggle and you can perform a long touch of the Home button to toggle
back and forth between the Claria Vox app list and the default Android Home
 screen.

 Recommendations
The Nexus 5 Claria Vox software could definitely benefit from some
upgrading. Odin did not create this software; they licensed it from a
British company. Consequently, it will remain to be seen how responsive the
developers will be with software updates and adding new apps, such as the
ability to read BARD Mobile Talking Books.

All that said, I believe that for some people with visual impairments the
Nexus 5 Claria Vox will be an excellent mobile experience. As noted above,
many people with visual impairments feel much more confident using a keypad,
and for these individuals the Claria Vox tactile overlay offers a
one-of-a-kind way to pair the ease of using a keypad with the power of a
 smartphone.

Another reason I suspect many people with visual impairments are reluctant
to upgrade to a smartphone is the all-or-nothing change such a move
represents. It takes time to learn to use a touch screen reader effectively,
and during this learning period your phone may seem less than useless. With
the Nexus 5 Claria Vox you can spend the day using the phone in keypad mode,
then, when you have free time, you can explore the more advanced Android
features and develop touch screen skills at your own pace (and with the
excellent help of Odin tech support and a series of audio tutorials I am
told the company will soon release).

 Product: Nexus 5 Claria Vox
 Available from: Odin Mobile, 855-217-9459
Price: $599 (comes unlocked for both the T-Mobile/Odin and ATT networks)

2015-05-20 Thread Aaruni Sharma
Hello, first of all you must update your phone to 5.1. go to settings/about
phone/system updates. Rest of the issues would take care of themselves.

 Jairam
