there is this app called talking atm locator  if you are using android.
they has a  website as well.
if you key in the pincode of your area, it lists out any such atms if available.
pm to know more on talking atm system and how it works.

here audio while inserting headphones,
if that is the same with you, your volume might have gone to zero. for
this, you should press volume up button several time from your home
screen making sure that talkback is speaking something.

an update,  i  dont recommend this to totally blind as scrolling in
talkback seems not working well like moto phones, scroling up in long
list often activating something especially while scroling with 2
fingers.

voice nodes, audio and vedio into your computer, delete them from
phone
delete profile pictures, images.

with no media now, the data can be uploaded to drive easily.
how did you upload to drive,i  mean yourself or with the help of others.
while uploading data to drive, while sliding finger, left and right,
the remaining data to be uploaded and the data actually been uploaded
have clearly spoken to you?
if you are sure that the data is been successfully uploaded,
confidently uninstall or clear data of whatsapp.
then make sure drive is properly working and have good internet
connectivity and reregister to whatsapp with same details.
it will automatically prompts you to restore the data from drive if at
all available.

i  shared a  link of a  blog where the author reviews a  tablet
now for the point why i  have shared this here,

the author says that the windows installed in this app is not a
windows used in mobiles, he says that the windows used here is a
windows home addision of desktop computers.
iss this the same in all tablets of windows?
when i  visited the original page, this thing is no where mentioned.
the author says in the blog that windows 10 is free for any tablet
below 8  inches, so why cont a  company design a  small tab where
blinds can efficiently operate with jaws?

if i  understood  correctly, the OS  used in microsoft mobiles and
computers is technically different but the name is same. so how does
people differentiate between 2  operating systems while buying
tablets.

gen 4g mobile on 15th october. if you can pre order it, you get it
only for 9  thousand.

i  use nova launcher instead of google now launcher.
does it affect OK google detection?

 work. However, Android1 phones are doing good with updates installed to

the prize of  talks in india is too less.
i  suppose its the subsidised prize for indians.

to send a message,
first you choose a  contact from new chat button or double click on
already sent message.
Then you will click on edit box which is usually at bottom most of the screen.
Then the default keyboard is displayed.
Few inches above P, you will find 2 unlabled buttons one at bit left
and another at right most.
The first one is camera button.
You shall first tipe the message in displayed keypad and press the
right most button above letter P.
If you press and hold that same button, you can record in microfone
and as soon as you release the button, the message is sent
automatically.

dont know whats happening, my system language was set to english usa.
when i  updated the app, suddenly the voice accent changed, quality
deterioated and voice became low.
then i  uninstalled all updates then voice quality came back as usual,
but accent changed.  earlier tts was not possing speech between
punctuations but now after removing updates, its doing so.
 are there 2  seperate locations to change voices? or only system
language to change.

 accessibility app which was supposed to become an alternative way of
 typing on Android devices for the visually impaired people. I have
 tried this app a little and  here are my views on it:
 It is a launcher app with limited functions. we can just dial and
 receive calls, send messages, go through some news articles, listen to
 music, create voice and text notes and  use clock and calculator
 functions. as far as launcher is concerned, i'm not in favour of using
 this type of launchers because of their limited utility. I prefer a
 main stream launcher with accessibility features.
 the most important and promising feature of the app is its Braille
 keyboard. the layout of the keypad  is similar to a cell of a braille
 writing device containing six dots. the screen is divided into six
 blocks representing six dots, three on left and the other three on the
 right side of the screen. we have to slide our finger on these blocks
 to write a character, swipe right and hold with two fingers to add a
 space and swipe left and hold with two fingers to delete previous
 character. we can swipe down and hold with two fingers to listen to
 typed text. as far as the layout of the keyboard is concerned, I liked
 it  more than the recently launched app: MBraille.
 but, there are many areas where the developers of the app will have to
 work hard. a few of these are:
 1. the app launches automatically even after exiting it. so we have
 two options if we don't want to use the app for a while, either to
 force stop or uninstall it.
 2. At present we can not copy the text we type using the braille
 keyboard. MBraille provides this facility. in mBraille the typed
 text automatically gets copyed on the clipboard, as soon as we switch
 to another app. I am hopeful that simpleye creators will add this
 feature in future versions. without the ability to copy the typed text
 the app doesn't fulfill its purpose.
 3. The devs of the app should develop the braille keyboard separately
 as an alternate to the google keyboard and there should be an option
 to select it as default keyboard.
 4. the jestures to add a space or delete previous character are time
 consuming and works like a spead breaker.
 5. there should be a jesture to delete previous word.
 6. the app currently speaks the characters only as we type. it should
 also speak the word after adding the space.
 7. the jesture for exiting the keyboard should be changed to double
 tap and hold because the current jesture (single tap and hold)
 sometimes gets performed unintentionally.
   so these are my suggestions to the Kriyate team if they are on the
 list.list members are also requested to express their views . our
 feedback will help the devs to develop the app.

hello, i dont think that there are any new features in updated google tts.
The pronounciation change you are feeling is because of the accent of
talkback which changed to indian english.
If you want the earlier accent, i think you should change both system
language and tts language to u s english.
Note, talkback becomes mute when you change the language

thanks a  lot aruni sharma sir for responding.
i  found that show passward checkbox under security and checked it,
even then, the talkback is speaking password as dot dot dot.
please also name some apps if you know to do the following.
accessible camera, to scan text from print media and read it, colour
identifier, indian currency recogniser,
and please anyone tell me the procedure to migrate my bookmarks,
contacts etc from my nokia e5 to asus zenfone where iam using android
4.3
