hi there,

before getting the whatsapp call, please make sure that, all the
notifications  cleared from the pannel
suggesting because, u might not get the accept and declain buttons.
once u get the  call, please press volume down key to reduce the ring
tune volume.
then go to notification pannel and tapp on answer button.
some time, swipe may not work, hence, please use explore by touch on
notification pannel to get the accept or declain button.

if the message contains more than 160 charectors, the message will get
converted in to multy media message.
and, you don't have any option, but, what I can suggest you is, once
you paste the content in the message body, try to edit the blank lines
and the extra text and, make sure that, limitations  with 160
charactors

Greetings

I am facing the licencing issues with e t I eloquence
After getting the Samsung s 5 device I just installed eloquence tts
from the playstor  using the google account where I have purchased
the software

but, I am facing strange issue
when ever the eloquence tts enabled, the Samsung voice is  reading the
text on the screen
e t I eloquence tts radio button is still checked in the text to speech settings

and also I checked the licence status in the  about section in the e t
I eloquence, it shows that, unregistered or not registered

please guide me with the way out
I am completely depended on this tts

installed, if the device comes with the kitcat version of android, it
might accessible
but, please make sure that, your home screen  is accessible with  talkback.
if not, try installing galaxy loncher which is completely accessible
with screen readers

once u pasted the text files in your memory card, remove the device,
go to file manager, or file explorer, navigate for the file
once u gets the file, just dubble tap on it, 1st time u can see, few
options like html viewer, and office suite , allways and just once
buttons
choose  html viewer and, click on allways from next time, when ever u
click on the txt files, it will be opened  from html viewer,

I hope I am cleare for some extend
I tried on kitcat, but if u r using different operating sistem, the
options  may vary

hi, to send the business card do the following
1. go to contacts
2. swipe the contact which u want to be sent
3. once u find the contact, just dubble tap and press hold
4. u will get some of the options like, edit, delete, share . share
contact viya message and, many more
select the share contact viya message
5. check the check box on the contact, to whom u want to send, then,
click on done button
u can see the message box, where the contact details will be populated
just hit the send button, in case, if u r using 2 sim cards, select
the simcard to send a message
for example, send sim 1 button, or, send sim 2 button
note: some of the phones may not supports the business card which u r
going to send

I am using it on my device, and, the voice quality is good, but,  the
question is, when ever the indian English  voice is using, do we need
to connect  device to internet?

yestaday, I was started to use it on the device, until unless  the
device connected  to internet, it was not  working
in case, if people staying at remote areas, and, who cant get the
networks properly on there devices, then, they has to forget google

and, talkback does not have the shortcut to get the  speech output

if this is the case, allways, we have to keep sighted people along

just go to  settings, speech settings, select e speak tts, and click
on general settings, select the required language from the dd box, u r

if the data base required for e speak  for the required language,

access the images

hello kindly follow the steps below
There are two things that can cause the screen to go black. In the
phone app, go to menu / Call settings and uncheck Auto screen off
during calls. If this box is checked, the proximity detector senses
when you put the phone to your face and blanks the screen so that you
don't accidentally activate buttons with your face.
 The other issue is the general screen time out. If it's set to 30
seconds, for example, I'm pretty sure the screen will still time out
at 30 seconds after the last touch, even if you're on a call.

dear harish sir,
as for my knowledge it wont work with quatic key phones and symbian 60
cerice phone
I tried with nokia e 72
but there was no expected results

 while pressing on power button light is coming near to center button,
 and, disappear  with in a few seconds.
 we tried hard formatting, but unfortunately, nothing is happening.

   so, dear friends here my questions are:

 1. is it possible to solve this problem without going nokia care??

 2. if it is yes how to do those.
