Dear Kiran,

I am unable to understand that why the all amount will be refunded by cheque 
instead of NEFT? Most of us have bank accounts in different banks. Are you 
going to run in all branches of different banks just to deposit our cheques? 
Unbelievable! This means, we will have to wait another 5/6 days to get refunded 
amount. Why don't you opt for NEFT procedure? This will save your and 
beneficiary time. Within 2 hours, beneficiary will receive the credit and you 
will also get the acknowledgement immediately.

Refund through cheque? Don't understand.

for cancellation, this applies to all those who wish to do so irrespective of 
they using the phone or not received.   All cancellations received by 19th 
shall be processed by 21st april. We have collected all payments to company 
account except 1. There are members who had paid us partial amounts, all will 
be refunded through cheques, all details will be made available along with 
scanned copies of information on each cheque through a dropbox link.

Those who have the phone and wish to cancel, the procedure is same. Once their 
accounts are credited and balances cleared, they should return the handsets in 
as is condition to  NXG ELECTRONIC,  ADDRESS will be provided only to those 
members. We shall bear tg cost of shipping.

Dear members,

Persion technologies pvt ltd requests affected members to send a simple mail 
for cancellation, this applies to all those who wish to do so irrespective of 
they using the phone or not received.   All cancellations received by 19th 
shall be processed by 21st april. We have collected all payments to company 
account except 1. There are members who had paid us partial amounts, all will 
be refunded through cheques, all details will be made available along with 
scanned copies of information on each cheque through a dropbox link.

Those who have the phone and wish to cancel, the procedure is same. Once their 
accounts are credited and balances cleared, they should return the handsets in 
as is condition to  NXG ELECTRONIC,  ADDRESS will be provided only to those 
members. We shall bear tg cost of shipping.

I really don’t understand why are you all waiting for the phone?
You all are talking about false promises, yet you are waiting.
I think you can get the same kind of phone if not better in 12000 from
genuine dealer.
Now this deal looks fraud to me. You need to cancel your order.
Please note that I don’t have any bad experience personally in this
regard. As I haven’t ordered anything.
But whatever I am telling only after reading mails in various mailing lists.
I am really hurt: a man promised an accessible phone. We people
ordered the same believing his words. And the result is known to us.
