Slightly increase your budget and go for Motorola Moto G Second Generation, that is what I would suggest. There are reports that the Moto G 2015 might be out in a couple of months, perhaps you can just hold off till then. Which model of HTC? I had checked HTC Desire 816 and found that there were some accessibility issues with the UI, you would need to install 3rd party apps to make full use of your phone. But what I came to know that for some reason if my htc phone got damage, there is no any service center available. I may be totally wrong though.
