I am also on the lookout for a new Android Smartphone, and according
to my research, Lenovo K6 Power seems the best bet for me in a similar

2016-12-10 Thread Mohib Anwar Rafay
Even I will not suggest Lenovo, Mi, Redmi and penasonic, as they have
lots of accessibility related bugs. The most prominent of them is
crashing talkback time to time.
So if you are looking a good phone with reasonable accessibility go
for moto phones except those which are coming with media tech
processor like Moto z and moto M. else Samsung is also a good option.
However if you have high budget, take google phone.

Re: [Mobile.AI] Suggestions needed to buy an Android phone

2016-12-13 Thread Satguru Rathi
MotoM launched today with full mettle body. Seems a slight upgrade to MotoG4+
but runs on Mediatech chip so the heating issues might prevail. Also, not sure
if it will be upgraded to Android7. 15999 for the 32GB and 17999 for the 64GB
varient. Duel Nano sym slots but secondary slot is also for SD card upto 128GB
so if one wants to use the SD card, he might not be able to use two sims.

Hi,

Both the platforms have their own advantages and disadvantages. I've
heard that IOS doesn't require the user to be accurate for touch
gestures on the other hand, Have found a lot of third party apps not
working as expected in IOS as they do on android for me. Android comes
with a steep learning curve but having used it for 3 years and a fare
exposure to IOS devices, I would still prefer android for its
affordability and versitility.

Hi Ajay Sir,
Well, that makes me uncertain as well. Let me conffirm with some
existing Lenovo device users, and see if I can get my hands on a
Lenovo device and have a practical play with it, because in any case,
Lenovo K6 Power is out of stock at the moment, as I am told.
Thanks.

Re: [Mobile.AI] Suggestions needed to buy an Android phone

2016-12-17 Thread Ajay Minocha
Hi sir,

They are decent enough fon the specifications front but I haven't got
good feedback regarding their quality. I too used one from spice and
not very satisfied with that. So rather go for SamsungJ2/J3 or MotoG
Play if you want to buy a phone below 10,000.

Regards,
Ajay
