[MMouse]: pearl jam and indie
i dont see what the big deal is with pearl jam touring with different independent bands... they have always been strongly supportive of indie musicians in the past. i dont know if anyone listened to either of the times that they did 'self pollution radio' where they did live broadcasts of themselves and other bands performing, and eddie played a lot of his favorite music which included all sorts of good indie stuff including- multiple dischord bands, sonic youth, bikini kill etc. also pearl jam has been known to break into sections of fugazi's 'suggestion' in live performance. just because a band is signed to a major does not mean that they dont know anything about indie music or do not have good taste. stop being such elitist shitheads (not directed at everyone) word, blake b.
[MMouse]: DIY shirts
In a message dated 4/24/00 1:46:23 AM !!!First Boot!!!, [EMAIL PROTECTED] writes: What other bands did that beside Palatka? Those were the only shirts like that that I've seen. Not like I'm supreme old school though. i have a twelve hour turn shirt like that. THT rocks so hard. they have an ex-member of palatka though so maybe thats where the idea came from. i also think i saw a piebald shirt like that once. word, blake http://www.come.to/deadwinter
