   I keep receiving the following error message when starting httpd:

Syntax error on line 99 of /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf:
Invalid command 'PerlAuthenHandler', perhaps mis-spelled or defined by a
module not included in the server configuration


my httpd.conf looks like this:

AuthType Basic
SetHandler perl-script
