Thanks for the correction. Ron Edwards served from 1978 to 1987 as chairman of the board of the Urban League (longest serving), and is not listed at the MUL web site as one of the executive directors. The top Minneapolis Urban League administrator since 1998, Clarence Hightower is identified as "President / CEO," and not executive director. That position is now held by Clarence Hightower. Ron Edwards served as Chairman of the Board from 1978-1987 which is 9 years but still the longest serving Chairman.
