Re: File to Queue Utility
bobbee, First, did you look at 'q' supportpac MA01 (http://www.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=203&uid=swg24000647&loc=en_US&cs= utf-8&lang=en) - perhaps it does what you need. Next, look at www.capitalware.biz, file2msg utility (http://www.capitalware.biz/dl/code/c/file2msg.zip). Then, depending on the format of the message(s), you might be able to use Roger's own MQVE utility. Download the trial and see if it helps; I purchased it already myself, and do consider a worthwhile investment. Then, there is always MQJExplorer, by Neil Kolban (http://www.kolban.com/mqjexplorer/) I use this tool all the time. Good luck. The IH03 support pack allows you to read an entire file and write it as a message (text or not). It also allows entry of some of the mqmd fields.
