(regarde le mien je sais que tu étais dessus hier ;p) et a
ce moment la du peu specifier a mutt qu'il y a des sub
mailboxes dans certains repertoires.

I haven't used kmail in years but from memory it uses standard mbox
format for it's messages to it just a metter of putting

 set folder=~/Path to mail dir
 in your .muttrc

That is what I have done and it seems to work fine except for one area.
If I go back to Kmail, Kmail produces a lot of index files in the mail
directory. If there is a item in the index that is not in the mail
file, Kmail will get a touch flaky.

Deleting the index files and making Kmail rebuild them solves the
problem. Of course, if you are not going back to Kmail, that solves the
problem too.

KMail and Mutt

2000-11-14 Thread Timothy Grant

Hi all,

I'm kind of new to this GPG thing, and I have read here about how Outlook
messes up GPG and PGP stuff.

I fear I am running into the exact same problem with a KMail user. When I
send him encrypted mail it is shown as an attachment. When he sends me
encrypted mail, I don't get a MIME attachment. I simply get a block of
encrypted text that I then have to save to a file to decrypt.

Has anyone else had this experience, and are there any good workarounds?

Yes. Dump kmail. I've recently read some reports that the more
recent versions actually do PGP/MIME, and may even to reasonable
MIME support in the first place. However, the KDE 1 versions of
kmail are at about the same simulation level as dtmail with respect
to standards compliance.
