Well, I'm just dumb enough to give the new AMD64 driver a whirl this coming
weekend.. wish me luck.

BTW, does ANYONE use ATI cards w/ AMD64 at all ? With all the troubles
with these Nvidia drivers, I'm tempted to swap my workstation board/card
with my MythTV ones.

there/will there be a version for this kernel version?

Ok, this is approaching no, has passed ridiculous. How hard can
it be to get this blessed XvMC to work? I've bought the card, I've
recomp'd more than several times, I've gotten the latest driver.
nVidia - make the g**-d*** thing work!

I'm running a 6600GT which has worked intermittantly with XvMC in the
past (though refuses to budge now). Running the latest nVidia
driver - 766* whatever - with debug on I get:

Using XvMC version: 1.0
XvMC found and using IDCT surface
2005-06-03 21:40:13.788 Using XV port 270
NV-XVMC (ERROR): Authentication failed
Unable to create XvMC Context return status:11 BadAlloc

When running Myth. Does *ANYONE* know what the hell I should/can do
to get this working?
