Re: [mythtv-users] Shuttle SB75S, SB65G2, or SB61G2V3
I have a shuttle but don't use it for myth. I need a system that has room for 2 tv tuners so I can record one thing and watch another. As far as the sound issue goeshow hot is the system running and what setting is the fan on in the bios. My system is near quiet except for when things start to get too hot and then the fan ramps up. Re: [mythtv-users] Shuttle SB75S, SB65G2, or SB61G2V3
think i need to put a quieter fan in the box. i haven't spent too much time trying to solve the noise problem. thanks for the tips. On the spdif question. i'm able to use the spdif output to connect the box to my audio receiver. I've only tested stereo output though. i haven't used mythdvd to test the dd/dts capabilities but don't think there would be any problems. Sudhian.com has a really good forum about shuttles and has a lot of good information about mods to reduce noise.
