Severe packet loss Amazon AWS->Telia

2018-02-21 Thread Marian Ďurkovič
Hi,

we're experiencing severe packet loss for downloads from Amazon AWS via Telia
network, tcpdump regularly shows multiple missing packets triggering SACKs like
this:

08:33:48.935415 IP 147.175.167.x.57668 > 54.231.33.x.443: Flags [.], ack
1051088, win 16384, options [nop,nop,sack 4
{1066840:1068272}{1063976:1065408}{1059680:1062544}{1056816:1058248}], length 0

Any ideas?

Thanks,

   M.

sFlow/NetFlow Weathermap

2018-02-21 Thread Alain Hebert

    Hi,

We're looking for suggestion for a "cost effective" sFlow/NetFlow
solution with dynamic Weathermap for a MAN.

As the usual most open source solution got grabbed by corporation
and put behind paywall without much development.

ntopng seems to be a good candidate we might try it with a site but
with when your basic interconnect are 40Gb... that ain't gonna fly.

    Thanks.

RE: sFlow/NetFlow Weathermap

2018-02-21 Thread Víctor Eduardo Holguín Pérez
Hi,

If you want all open source, there are a couple of options:

Cacti + weathermap - native-ish integration
Librenms + weathermap - This one doesn't have netflow/sflow but is based on
interface's bandwidth (SNMP)
Nfdump + weathermap - you would have to integrate it yourselves and probably
use something like ELK stack for dashboards.

Víctor Holguín

Anyone else having Tunnelbroker.net issues?

2018-02-21 Thread Brielle Bruns

Hi all,

I hate asking this on the list, but is anyone else having issues with HE
and Tunnelbroker.net currently?

Isitdownrightnow.com seems to support the notion there is something
going on with it, and tests from my various VMs on DigitalOcean in
various DCs seem to support the notion.

The email address had formally been moderated so replies went to the queue
rather than automatically to the list.

I had to research - and realized this auto-response falls under the same
behavior as an automatic vacation message. The address is now on no-mail
status per the AUP , number 6.

Cheers,

I've had problems with my Synology router and tunnel broker for several
days. Used to work, config didn't change, assigned IPv4 address for me
didn't change, but acting flakey, not much debugging capability on Synology
I can find to figure it out.
