Can someone from GTT contact me off-list about this?  GTT is not an
upstream carrier for me  and the NOC doesn't seem to understand the
issue

Hello everyone,

Is there someone from GTT on list that can contact me in pvt?

For over a week we have been seeing loss and latency between Frankfurt and 
Milan as reported in outages by Lukas

After a week of TT updates  and escalation reporting over and over that we see 
loss and latency between Frankfurt and Milan every afternoon/evening
Sending mtrs, traces, showing them graphs  that show the issue twords us as 
well as other Italians ISPs

Today their noc sends me pings done this morning saying all is ok and is asking 
me for the duplex and mtu setting on our transit port.

Terribly frustrating.

GTT Contact

We're facing an issue we've been trying to resolve with GTT, but are unable to 
get them to respond beyond opening a ticket regarding this issue. What is going 
on is GTT has two maintenance windows, the first tonight with the backup window 
tomorrow night. Our issue is our other carrier is also performing maintenance 
tonight, and if they're both performing maintenance during the same time 
windows, we'll be left without connectivity.
Is there anyone from GTT on this list that could get in touch with the 
appropriate team to request they utilize their backup window instead?
