If you're happy to do create the design files, I'd suggest you take a look at http://www.ponoko.com for laser cutting. Different materials available from different manufacturing 'hubs.' If you want Perspex, you'd be looking for Acrylic, in their materials list. I've built a couple of the Midibox SID from donor (broken) C64's. There was a listing for a variety of commodore stuff on craigslist a while back and I convinced the guy to give me all of his broken ones. Out of the stack, only 1 had a bad SID chip.
