I may be missing something obvious but I can't see, having looked at
your example, how bgcolor in the headers has a different effect to
bgcolor in the cells or rows

Table centering going awry

2008-02-28 Thread Barry E Allen
Hi Folks,

I think that the Table centering is going awry in the latest two
versions of Netsurf. 27th Feb 19-15) r3872

The advert for the fun run at this URL
http://www.broughton-park.org.uk/index1.htm

is not centred in version 27th Feb 19-15) r3872 and the one before but
is centred in version 17 Feb 2008 18:30) r3859

Is it the latest version of Netsurf or is it my HTML?

Table centering going awry

2008-03-04 Thread Barry E Allen
Hi Folks,

I think we've been here before. Is the table centering going awry?

http://www.nowirul.org.uk/27.htm

The outer table is centered but the inner one should not be.

Unless my HTML is going awry?

A few versions ago it was OK but in recent versions it hasn't.

The latest version I have is (03 Mar 2008 15:15) r3879

It doesn't seem to take any notice of the background color in a Table.

see:-

http://www.nowirul.org.uk/halbro/draw0809/test.htm
Should be a dark green border around each cell.

I've put one in the bug report which I sent in. Maybe not quite the
same bug?

There should be a dark green border around each cell.

I find that the 'End' key seems to have the same function as the old

The severe overwriting on my TalkTalk bill seems to have been resolved
with the latest version. It all used to come out on one line, meaning a

Don't be silly. It is not a choice that I have to make. I rarely use
Netsurf, preferring to use Google Chrome on my PeeCee or Firefox on my
ASUS EeePC. Why would anyone use Netsurf when there are much more
capable browsers to hand? I still use RISC OS for all my email,
newsreading, all my Desktop publishing and a few things with Fireworkz..

So, for me, RISC OS is not dead. Netsurf, for me, is dead.
