[newbie] automatic Get Msg in the night
Hello I don't pay internet en the meddle night, so I want to right some script that do it form this every night, this mean connect with the pppd daemon ( I think ) and put the message in some temporary local Inbox in order to take this in the morning with my netscape. I have Hard Disk woth 10 Gb. And I want use my pc like server Data base with oracle 8i Which partition is the best for my, I mean how mach give to /usr , /, /home .. thanks. Hello I have several internet user-name accounts. When I use one of which to connect as root or as a normal user every thing is OK, in another account ,when I try connectting to the Internet as root every thing is OK, but if I try logging in as a normal user I get disconnected from the server and then I receive the following message: The pppd daemon died unexpectedly! Can anyone help me solve the problem?
