I have a HP PSC 1210 Print was a bear to set up (lots easier now) Print works fine scan use xsane and ofcourse copy is an internal function of the printer (It dosn't need to be connected to a computer. A lot of small businesses use it standalone as a color copyer. Thank you Christophe Rhein Apparently, Brother has a few that will work in Linux, but check their driver download page for more info on which ones will work.
