I don't see why not. You already get pens that take enotes on what your 
writting normally. All you'd need is for it to beep when it writes 
something it doesn't recognise as a word and pop the alternatives on a 
lcd screen on the side.

PS. When she invents it I wan't some of the royalties (unless of couse 
its an opensource design lol)
