To me the least that should be done is that the MandrakeStore should offer to send these persons, without charge or other obligation, the dl edition of 8.2 when it becomes final. 8.1 is the second version that has been avaiable for purchase from the MandrakeStore. With neither version have they been able to deliver as promised. I want Mandrake to make money, but they will end up losing direct sales to other vendors unless they can get their act together. I have had my free CD's for 3 or more weeks now, (2 or 3 weeks after I placed order) and yesterday, I got a mandrake email telling me that the powerpack had been shipped and was on its way.. if my own experiances are the indication, I have nothing to complain about..
