The conference will include Keynote presentation, Tutorial presentations and technical paper presentations. The accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings to be distributed during the conference. Submissions, refereeing, and all correspondence will be conducted by e-mail. Please include a cover page (1st page) containing paper title, authors (indicate primary contact person), address, affiliation, e-mail address, phone number, fax number, topic area of your paper. The 2nd page starts off with paper title, abstract, keywords (5-7), and text. The program committee will review each submission and judge it with respect to its originality, significance, and relevance.
