Hi Ioan,

Nowadays, there are numerous 3rd party APIs (mostly related to 3rd part 
logistics) that provide services to check and capture postal codes and other 
address details. If such are available for Romania too, consider to create a 
plugin that utilises such API to create and/or update contact mech records.

I will check to see if they are in the proper files and focus my efforts in 
adding the other pieces of data: Counties, cities, postal codes, etc.
