If you registered with your old NPGMC username back when the site first allowed it a few months back, it will show as taken. Choose a new name and it will work. Your other club info will be saved, you'll just have a new username. You should receive a confirmation email right away. Yesterday I got the welcome message and today they said they don't recognize the user name. I logged in using all capitals for my username and password and it worked today. It would've made more common sense for them to use their old database and send former members emails and then have a general notice on the website later after a short time for responses. Well they are using the old database, if only partially. When I clicked on the link for "4mer NPGMC members" it pulled up my old information from NPGMC... After I updated my email address & security answer & hit submit, I got a confirmation email from 3121. Of course, I haven't been able to log-in with that user name and password since LOL. Instead I keep getting an invalid user name/password message. Funny thing (well not funny really) is that when I click the "forgot password" assistance, it emails me the same user name and password that are not able to log-in. Seems like they still have a few bugs to work out. >From what I've read at HQ, the tickets being offered for the London shows don't appear to be that great according to the seating chart... plus they're being offered well after many die-hard fans already pulled their hair out trying to get good tickets when they went on sale in the spring. Makes me kind of glad that nothing has happened in NYC... so far the ticketing system through AEG/Ticketbastard has been a mess compared to the ease with which we could get tickets through NPGMC. At first I was a bit upset when I signed in with my old username/updated info and then got the "This username is taken" message. And did put in a new username and got confirmation. However, I logged back in with the old user name - hit I lost password and did receive a message at the original username with the original password. So now it seems I have two accounts. The old one with the old username and the new username account. I don't know if this helps, but I just think it might be a glitch in the system. Otherwise how could they send me my password under my old username info? My 2 cents... Well I gave that a try. They sent me the same password I always had. When I logged in using my user name and password all of my old information came up. But when I pressed the submit button it said that my user name was already taken. Oh well. I guess I'll wait 4 them to fix the problem. It allows you to log on and says welcome back, asks you yo update the info that it comes up with and then when you click submit it says the user name already exists and asks you to choose another user name. Please...someone say something here...this is so freaking annoying and the fact that there is no HELP section makes it that much more agonizing.
