Thanks, but umpteen others told me to try the same specific vendor. They don't include the nice recycling mailer like APC, but hey, if I know exactly what the battery is and APC doesn't want to play nicely, then I'll buy the battery elsewhere. Like I'd mentioned, I bought a dozen from one vendor, but at least 3/12 turned out to not take a charge when needed. I've got an APC 600 something at the house that I replaced the battery on. I used these guys. http://www.powerstarsla.com/ I've not had any problems with it but I've only used one of their batteries so ymmv. If you have the RBC number they're fairly painless.
