I would wrap it with bubbles on the inside, so the stiffer surface area outside is contigous and will help spread any load across multiple bubbles on the inside ( kind of the theory of a Kevlar vest spreading the load of a bullet ) You’ll get better load spreading protection from a failed bubble on the inside than the outside. I don't know. I just threw that out as a compromise between the bubble-out-bubble-in methods. I guess I was looking at having a flat surface against the screen and a flat surface against the side of the box. Apologies to Jonathan Raper. :-) I do know that one of the concerns of packing peanuts is that they are/were made from dead dinos, but of course, this negates that argument. I know that I used to keep two trash bags full of them at the last job for shipping IT stuff and at least two others kept bags for their shipping. Current job does not seen to get or store them.
