Everyone,
IT is working on getting the support forums back online. Regarding the 100% CPU 
usage issue, the next set of defs will alleviate this issue. The new defs 
version should be 6275 and should be available shortly. Sorry for any 
inconvenience!

Not good. Our subscription is ready for renewal, and this constant def problem,

Yeah, she's got issues, and this particular one was over an estate worth
less that 20K.  My husband signed off on any claim to it because the hassle
just wasn't worth the money
