Ours is 65. We also have a generator for the server room as well as a
backup AC unit in case we hit 78. We also have an alarm system hooked
into the thermostat. If the temp gets over 74, an alarm goes off in
campus police and I get a phone call. This is on top of environmental
monitoring in each rack which will email incase of high temp warnings.

We also have a 'backup' air conditioner that kicks in at 75, in case the
main goes down. And the server room is on an emergency generator in case

year.   (We have issues every spring and fall when it's warm out,
between the times that our building turns off their AC and cold air

Right there with you Mark.  My guys all have jackets and even gloves
sometimes.  We have an adjoining office next to the server room and it's
a chilly 68 in there, we are unlucky/lucky enough to be on the same AC
so its either we freeze servers  and they stay happy or we be
comfortable and the servers head towards 85..quick
