SETUJU, untuk BREAKOUT TRADING STYLE dengan saham yang
harganya relatif tinggi, pak Budi memang NGETOP...

Mo tanya nih, nikkei hari ini drop abis open 590 high 630 low 410. Posisi 
close di 600. Kemungkinan pergerakan untuk hari senin gimana yah kira2x? any 
comments or news??

saya malah penganut scalper, beli kecil2 dan tersebar,
setiap ada movement lakukan profit taking dgn cepat.
kalau monitor merah, hold tunggu sampe hijau dikit
terus lepas. toh prosentasenya kecil, gak bikin
jantungan dan tetap menikmati cuan walau kecil tapi
konsisten.

  yang akan dibagikan kepada para pemegang saham itu merupakan 10.3% dari 
  total laba bersih tahun buku 2005sejumlah IDR134.0 miliar. Besaran 
  prosentase dividen yang akan dibayarkan telah disetujui dalam Rapat Umum 
  PemegangSaham Tahunan (RUPST) pada 10 Mei yang lalu. Rapat juga sepakat 
  sisa laba bersih tahun lalu sebesar IDR120.3 miliarditetapkan sebagai laba

menurut bule2 di CNBC harga emas akhir tahun bisa mencapai kisaran 1rb sampai 1500/troy ounce
dari segi teknikal : belum ada tanda tanda untuk kearah sana
dari segi isenk2 an : kalo minyak 72, emasnya jadi 720; kalo minyak jadi 80, emas mungkin bisa jadi 800/troy ounce
karena emas digunakan sebagai hedging terhadap inflasi yang disebabkan tingginya harga energi terutama minyak ^^

Saya sebagai newbie sekaligus Penghuni Baru kalau boleh "urun rembug"

Sebelumnya saya menyadari sepenuhnya kalau sebagai warga baru 
kelihatan sering "kurang ajar"  bila dilihat oleh para senior OB 
atau para Master yg sering menjadi penonton. 
Semoga dengan berbagai macam LATAR BELAKANG, KEMAMPUAN, KEPENTINGAN, 
TUJUAN dll; memang TIDAK GAMPANG; menjadikan tetap SATU.tetapi yg 
penting kan TOTALLY HARMONY..dibawah asuhan Mbah!
Saran saya supaya semuanya mendapat MANFAAT;  masing2 anggota milis 
sedapetnya melakukan  SEGMENTASI dan POSITIONING "DIRINYA" sebagai 
apa? Dalam melantai di bursa.

Apakah sebagai Trader?
Apakah sebagai Investor?
Apakah sebagai Tehnikalis?
Apakah sebagai Fundamentalis?

Seperti saya sering mengajak BELI SAHAM harus TAHU CERITANYA

Kalau toh PERGERAKAN lebih cepat dari perkiraan kan LUMAYAN.tapi 
bukan itu maksud saya. Ini utk menjawab pertanyaan yg sangat 
buanyakk di japri saya.kenapa 3 saham tsb TIDAK NAIK-NAIK???
Satu saat nanti akan tahu sendiri "isinya" apa? Sekarang TINS aja 
udah banyak yg MULAI BISA NGOMONG.dengan alasan masing2.

Sebelumnya PATUT kita sadari kalau FUND MANAGER di BEJ saat ini 
berjumlah ratusan. Cukup banyak sebenarnyatapi karena sering 
BERGEROMBOL jadinya agak MENYUSUT ke dalam beberapa kelompok..
Kalau dibuat perumpamaan mereka seperti kumpulan KING-KONG, 
MAMMOUTH, DINOSAURUS,dll. Yg sedang BERMAIN di "Padang 
KURUSETRA"(tempat pertempuran Pandawa vs Kurawa dlm pewayangan) sbg 
analogi BEJ.
Kalau ada yg inget film QUANTUM LEAP oleh Scott Bacula atau BACK to 
the FUTURE-nya Michael J. Fox, kadang-kadang saya merasa KESASAR 
dlm "pengiriman" karena muncul "nyempil" di sela-sela mereka.
Sebetulnya saya sangat merasa beruntung bisa HIDUP di antara MEREKA. 
Cuman kalau mereka sedang BERMAIN satu sama lain seringkali 
menjalankan SURVIVAL of the FITTEST.Hukum Rimba pokoknya.
Seringkali yg terjadi bertemu TEMAN PALSU; tergantung kepentingan 
dlm ARAH mencari CUAN; (lagi posisi LONG/SHORT); tetapi selalu 
menemui MUSUH SEJATI yaitu PENGENDALIAN EMOSI diri (him/her self).

Secara Teknik:   KING KONG  vs MAMMOUTH
    BIG PLAYER vs BIG PLAYER
Seringkali mereka saling MENUNGGU, MENGGOYANG, MENJATUHKAN, kalau 
perlu SALING MENGGIGIT dan MEMAKAN
Penjelasannya: Kalau KITA sedang ASYIK ngumpulin barang tahu2 ada 
orang JUALAN atau GUYUR barang kan TIDAK ENAK! Malah keenakan yg 
JUALAN bisa dapet HARGA lebih TINGGI. Siapa sih yg suka CUAN-nya di 
COPET??? Dikurangi aja marah apalagi dicopet! Kalau bisa, 
MUSUH "diajak" JUALAN di harga RENDAH kalau perlu TERENDAH terus 
KITA bisa jualan di harga yang LEBIH TINGGI, malah kalau bisa lagi 
JUAL  dengan HARGA TERTINGGI, biar  MUSUH yg JUALAN melong.
Kejadian BIASA seperti itu LUMRAH dalam Hukum Rimba.tapi kalau 
dibarengi EMOSI (HARGA DIRI) ini yg merepotkan. Apalagi bagi saya yg 
POSISI seringkali di tengah2 mereka.

Asal tahu saja kayak beberapa hari ini SAYA lagi ikutan "main bola" 
ama MAMMOUTH ehh.tahu2 ada KING KONG muncul terus melakukan FREE 
KICK, TACKLING,dll gara-garanya DENGER kalau dikatain ama MAMMOUTH 
bahwa kepalanya KOPYOR!? 
RUNYAM dah.jadinya para TRADER banyak yg BINUN and PUSING maunya 
saham ini apa yah? Hehehe. saya lagi nyari tahu eh ternyata ada yg 
ndak terima dikatain kepalanye KOPYOR

Di bursa ini ternyata aneh-aneh orangnya ya Mbah!?

Juga ada kenaikan cost BBM Industri dan penguatan rupiah yg tidak dibarengi penguatan harga nickel (harga nickel baru naik 2 minggu terakhir). Cek terus www.kitcometals.com . Beginilah kecenderungan perusahaan swasta yg punya growth tapi slalu undervalued seperti BLTA, MEDC terbitkan CB di harga dekat 7000.     Itu artinya dia butuh dana , juga merasa undervalued. So ini saham dalam 1-2 tahun bakal di kerek pelan2 sampai 9000-an.     Dulu saya bilang MEDC ada growth dari penjualan supply gas ke PGAS. Yg membuat revenues nya bisa bertambah sampai 60%. Ratings Services said today it has raised its corporate credit rating
on PT Matahari Putra Prima to "B+" from "B-" as better efficiency and
business expansion have improved the earning prospects of the
country's largest retailer.

The rating outlook is stable, S&P said in a statement.

"The rating upgrade reflects Matahari's strengthening business profile
due largely to its expansion into hypermarkets, which is driving a
gradual turnaround in its supermarket division," said S&P credit
analyst Royston Quek.

Matahari said last year it expected a turnaround in its supermarket
division as a result of rapid growth from its hypermarkets and
discount stores businesses.

The company has been aggressively expanding its hypermarket outlets
over the past few years, with 10 more planned for this year. 

"Indonesia's large untapped market provides significant opportunities
for Matahari to grow its market share," Quek added.

S&P said department stores account for only 3 pct of total retail
sales, allowing much room for growth.

Matahari's large base of retail outlets also provides earnings
diversity and allows it to benefit from economies of scale in
logistics and inventory management, it said. 

But weighing down on Matahari's rating is the company's highly
leveraged financial profile, it said. 

That profile will likely stay weak over the medium term given its 6.6
trln rupiah capital expenditure program over the next six years, said
Quek.

The company also faces challenging operating conditions due to the
economic and political climate in Indonesia," he said.

He said the rating outlook on Matahari is stable on the assumption
that it will maintain its leading position in the domestic retail market

[obrolan-bandar] PTBA, the sky is the limit !

Kemarin di RUPS PTBA, diungkapkan juga rencana PLTU ARAHAN UTARA 4X600MW, yg besarnya sama dgn PLTU BANKO TENGAH. Berarti tahun 2010 sudah akan ada tambahan 3 PLTU baru. Konsumsi antara 10jt-12jt ton utk yg 4x600MW (soalnya output yg dijual ke PLN harus minimal 4X600MW, jadi berapapun Coal yg dibutuhkan utk output sebegitu harus di beli, jadi perkiraan around 10 Jt ton ke atas). Dengan tambahan PLTU ARAHAN UTARA, Banko Tengah, Banjarsari, Dan dual double track railways, akan menambah produksi sekitar 6-7 x lipat. Bapak Dirut juga bilang, bahwa utk PLTU Banjarsari (yg paling kecil) dipercepat sebagai case project, jadi banyak investor lain yg menunggu bikin PLTU tapi minta pembuktian dahulu dgn PLTU Banjarsari. Kalo Banjarsari sukses, the others will be coming in. Soalnya mereka agak takut dikarenakan adanya pelarangan perusahaan tambang di Indonesia menjadi dual
entity , masalahnya RUU pertambangan masih deadlock selama 4 tahun di DPR. Jadi kalo Banjarsari jadi, begitu juga Banko dan Arahan,...ada yg lain yg ingin masuk mensukseskan program SUMSEL LUMBUNG ENERGI. Yg pasokan low grade coal (coal yg ini masih banyak dan lokasi nya jauh dari sarana pelabuhan dan transportasi) -nya semua berasal dari PTBA. So low grade coal bisa di BAKAR DI TEMPAT. Penjualan ke PLN dalam USD dgn kurs pasar (so hutang ke hedge). Target harga 7000 kayaknya terlalu konservatif, bisa 8rb-9rb, bahkan bisa lebih kalo BANJARSARI jadi maka investor lain masuk. Kita tunggu juga nego harga dgn PLN utk yg ARAHAN. Kesimpulan, harga saham PTBA karena jumlah nya di BEJ sedikit, dan juga perhitungan fundamentalnya lebih gampang dari pada ANTM (cuma satu komoditas dgn 3 macam struktur harga), harganya suatu saat bakal lebih mahal daripada ANTM, dan naik bisa lebih cepat
dari expektasi kita2 karena analis lebih gampang prediksi growth -nya. Beda dgn ANTM yg ada growth, tapi juga tergantung harga futures nickel, gold bahkan oil utk costnya. ANTM lebih unpredictable (walau sekarang menurut saya masih undervalued). PTBA revenuesnya tergantung hanya pada harga kontrak , dan kenaikan TDL yg menentukan kontrak2 baru. So guy SUPER STRONG BUY PTBA. Dan utk yg sudah punya BERDOA yg KUAT, supaya TDL NAIK

kemaren BLTA dan BMRI digojlok habis sama BOZZ tapi hari ini diangkat habis, BESOK ...
kemaren LSIP ditarik habis-habisan hari ini ISTIRAHAT.
Kalau BESOK kira-kira KUTU LONCAT MAU kemana ...
TAPI untuk case PTBA jangan jadi KUTU LONCAT, kalau bisa jadi INVESTOR saja yang tidak mengerti apa-apa, TEKNIKAL juga ndak perlu tahu. Kalau pake TEKNIKAL dan ELLIOT WAVE, 2 hari yang lalu (9 MEI) PTBA SEHARUSNYA KEBAWAH, jadi penganut fanatik TEKNIKAL & ELLIOT WAVE udah buang barang.

SAHAM ini hanya perlu DISIMPAN dan DIPEGANG erat2 meskipun katanya ada GEMBONG yang mau buang barang... (hari ini benar sich dibuang keatas ha..ha..) anggap saja tidak punya barang PTBA, ntar 1 TAHUN lagi LIHAT mungkin saham INI bukan jadi EMAS tapi sudah jadi PERMATA buat WARISAN anak dan cucu (mungkin bisa sampai cicit)

Wa itung-itung deviden PTBA kurang lebih cepek, rumornya deviden 
BUMI 200.
Wa beli BUMI yg mau bagi deviden 200 banyak koq rumor yg bener.
 
Sekarang :
BUMI 900
PTBA 4000
 
atau kalo punya duit 100 juta kalo pegang :
BUMI (4.3% ) jadi 95.744.681
PTBA +66.6% jadi 166.666.667
atau terdapat perbedaan 74.1% dalam waktu kurang dari sebulan.
Index bullish kaya gini, BUMI gw masih modol ga 
brenti-brenti.  
 
Ceritanya wa jadi pecundang melulu ? engga juga sih karena wa nabrak juga 
di atas 3000-an, di 3725 ambil lagi sambil ketar-ketir karena besoknya jadi 
3575 
 
Watch your move, karena akan menentukan stamina dan motivasi

  Arti dari chart, bocorannya emiten ini/hasil RUPSnya kurang bagus. 
  Liat aja harganya dua hari lagi
