Untuk saat ini tarif nya deviden 15% bersifat tidak final. Tapi nanti di tahun 2009, tarif nya berubah menjadi 10% bersifat final. Jadi gak usah protes ke broker nya. Memang udah bener sih. Berau sudah lama dijual Pak, sudah bukan milik UNTR lagi. Pemilik mayoritas nya Berau saat ini Armadian, masih ada hubungan dengan Buma (Bukit Makmur). CMIIW Kalau Pamapersada masih milik UNTR. dan sebagai pengganti Berau, Pama membeli perusahaan tambang batubara. Mungkin perusahaan ini nantinya akan dibesarkan seperti Berau. Terdiri dari 12 perjanjian jual beli gas (PJBG) dan 10 kontrak pembangunan pembangkit listrik. Menteri ESDM Purnomo Yusgiantoro menjelaskan, 12 PJBG bernilaihampir US$ 7 miliar, dan 10 kontrak pembangunan pembangkit listrik bernilai US$ 2 miliar. Hal itu diungkapkan Purnomo dalam sambutan acara Society of Petroleum Engeneers Asia Pacific Oil and Gas Conference and Exhibition di JCC, Jakarta, Senin (30/10/2007). Selain itu juga dilakukan peresmian produksi dari lapangan Oyong dan Ujung Pangkah di Jawa Timur. Lapangan Ujung Pangkah milik Hess produksi gas 100 mmscfd, kondensat 1,8 barel setara minyak. Dan pada fase kedua akan memproduksi minyak sebanyak 25 ribu bopd. Sedangkan Lapangan Oyong milik Santos memproduksi minyak 8000-10 ribu barel setara minyak per hari. Kontrak jual beli gas yang ditandatangani adalah: 1.PLN Gresik dengan Kangean Energi Indonesia dengan bentuk perjanjian amandemen PJBG mulai kontrak 2010 dengan lama kontrak 18 tahun. Volume 369 TBTU dengan nilai kontrak US$ 1,364 miliar. 2.PT Pertagas dg Kangean Energi dengan bentuk amandemen PJBG. Lama kontrak 10 tahun mulai 2010. Volume 220.9 TBTU. Senilai US$ 806,01 juta. 3.PT Indogas Kriya Dwiguna dengan Kangean Energi dengan bentuk amendemen PJBG. Lama kontrak 11 tahun mulai 2010. volume 79.241 TBTU senilai nilai US$ 293,19 juta. 4.PT Inti Alasindo Energy dengan Husky Oil dalam bentuk PJBG mulai 2012 dengan lama kontrak 20 tahun. PT Energasindo Heksa Karya utk industri di Medan, Sumatera Utara dengan JOB Pertamina Costa (Int'l). Bentuknya HoA, selama 8 tahun mulai 2008. Volume 24,147 TBTU senilai US$ 129,54 juta. 10. PLTU Molobatu 2x10, Gorontalo dibangun PT Tenaga Listrik Gorontalo senilai US$ 20 juta. 2. PLTU Kaltim 2x25 dibangun PT Indo Ridlatama US$ 50 juta. 3. PLTA Poso 3x65 dibangun PT Poso Energy US$ 398,5 juta 4. PLTU Baturaja 2x112,5 MW Sumsel dibangun PT Priamanaya Dian International senilai US$ 225 juta. 5.
